About 20 brownies, you can double the recipe 20 pieces is not enough! But don’t cut them into cubes so you can keep the moisture.
125g flour
1/2tsp baking powder
60g semi sweet chocolate
75g butter
2 eggs well beaten
250g sugar ( I normally lessen my mine to 200g)
1/2tsp vanilla extract
60g walnuts

1)Sift the flour and baking powder
2) Melt the chocolate and butter over a gentle heat (since I always burn bits of choc, I now usa glass bowl in which I put over a pot with boiling water)
3)Remove from the heat and stir in the eggs and sugar
4)Stir in vanilla and nuts
5)Pour batter into a greased square cake tin.
6) Bake in pre heated 180C oven for 30 mins or more, stick toothpick to check if its baked, if it comes out clean then it ready.
