Wanderlust….a great desire to travel and rove around.
I read travel books for my next destination… and cookbooks to whet my appetite.
I love to eat.
Hey as Erma Bombeck (1927-1996) once said: “I am not a glutton — I am an explorer of food.”
I walk a lot to balance my life!
I wanted to study geography at university and explore places.
At some point I wanted to be a patissier. I used to sit down and dream my whimsical cake!
I think I still do.
Then one day I found an ideal job.
I find myself living few months a year in different countries… with an open mind, a love for road not taken, photography, I explore other people’s culinary delights..
thus…for the love of food & travel.

That allows me to travel.”
I do not mean to pry…but as someone who is desperately dying to travel and still trapped to a desk, would you mind sharing, what type of wonderful job allows you to travel? Thanks so much.
By the way, love the variety of all the different places in the blog, so glad I found it.

December 24, 2008 at 2:38 amI am really impressed with your work. I wish you would travel to Brazil and frame some of our food. The influence brought by people from all over the world that choose Brazil to life and the creativity turn some dishes into marvelous experience to palate.
Congratulations for you taste and respect to food, which is in my opinion one of the most important culture expression. Best regards, Dinah Camargo.
