I just wonder if the pork livers there are all right? Kasi here in UK they often have a very strong taste and smell. That’s the reason why I avoid cooking menudo here. Several times I have to throw away everything coz none of us can stand the smell. blechh! MANANG CELIA: In UK we did get pork liver every now and then, since we lived in the village we know the source of our pork. We avoid supermarkets one so we stick to beef. Here in Greece I cant remember having a problem with pork liver at all. We rely on our local butcher and we go to the main market. Markets here is like in Phils.. wet market talaga! Leave a Reply Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
