Lamb’s Head – Fresh & Local 1 euro a piece. 
Yes the Greeks eat them. Either on the spit or the soup mageritsa the Greeks love lamb’s head. It is boiled and the brain is mixed to a broth with beaten eggs and lemon.

dash and i saw “lonely planet” travel guide and Ian Wright the host had Viking beer and roast sheep’s head in a farm in Bergen ata…slurp! delicacy na lang daw, very hard to find.
i had sheep’s brain…but i’d had lots of red wine by then.
don’t think we’ll ever find that here tho…
