Those ribs look mighty tasty, as does the whole meal. This was an interesting description of an interesting culture — thanks! The kitchen is nice, although the counters look a little high for me (i’m a shorty). Hard to argue with the view, although I know I’d feel uncomfortable around the scale of wealth that you are around. How did you first start working in this world? THE FISH FINGERS I found out are called GOUJONS….. (french for strips of fried fish) chef coated them with soya flour and oatbrans

Its very chilly here in Holanda, was -1C today at midday but no snow. Am off to see a medieval Christmas market this weekend. About time as I don’t feel the holiday season yet with all the work catching up.
